Design Story

Inspired by an opening reflected across perfectly still water, Stillwater Aperture explores the space between a complete form and one left intentionally unresolved.

Each arc is slightly displaced from the next, creating layered bands that seem to recede behind one another. Variations in the tonal jacquard soften their boundaries, producing a frosted, diffused effect rather than a sharp graphic contrast.

The open composition allows the design to breathe, turning the bed into a serene focal point with a subtle sense of passage and perspective.
